How it works
Step 1
After payment, I'll send you a short form and 3-day food journal. You'll be asked a few questions about your eating, what's holding you back, and what you'd like to change. The more honest you are, the more useful your review will be.
Step 2
We'll schedule a 30-minute Zoom call. I'll have reviewed your form and food journal against my nutrition foundations, so we can get straight into it, digging a little deeper where useful.
Step 3
Within 3–5 working days of our call, you'll receive your personalised review. It will include what’s working, where the gaps are, and the small changes that will make the biggest difference, without second guessing every bite.

It's nothing like a meal plan. I won't tell you what to eat. I’ll show you what your current eating habits reveal and where small shifts could make a difference. You stay in control of your choices.

I review your eating habits against five core foundations: balanced plates, protein, fibre, quality of food choices, and meal timing. These are the building blocks of eating well in a way that's sustainable. Alongside this I look at your biofeedback e.g. how satisfied you feel after meals, your hunger levels throughout the day, and how full you feel after eating. These signals, along with any patterns around cravings, tell us a lot about how well your eating is actually working for you.

The initial questions take around 5-10 minutes. The 3-day Food & Habit Snapshot takes a few minutes each day. Just honest, straightforward notes about what you ate, drank and how you felt. No calorie counting or weighing involved.
