I’ll review your 3-day food and habits snapshot, assess how they align with your goals, then give you practical action steps you can start straight away.

A 3‑month 1:1 programme to help you feel in control around food again, eat with confidence, and build habits that last.
You’ll move through the three pillars – Stabilise, Fuel, Sustain – with personalised support and accountability. Ideal if you’re tired of being inconsistent and want something that sticks.

Strong Foundations – how we make change stick.
I don’t do quick fixes, meal plans, macro targets or calorie counting. My approach focuses on three key areas to help you achieve a sustainable, balanced lifestyle. Here’s how we make that happen.
Stabilise – Calm the chaos
Many people I work with know what to eat. The struggle is everything else – the guilt, the all-or-nothing cycle, being "good" all week then derailing at the weekend. Stabilise is about breaking that pattern, rebuilding trust with food, and learning to eat in a way that holds up in real life, including social occasions and bad days.
Fuel – Build meals that satisfy and nourish
This is about what you eat, without overcomplicating it. You’ll learn how to build simple, balanced meals that keep you full, energised and consistent day to day. Real food, in the right amounts for you without tracking or diet culture.
Sustain – Change that lasts
We build habits that hold up when life gets busy or stressful. You’ll understand what throws you off, why it happens, and how to respond differently in those moments. This isn’t about being perfect, it’s about knowing how to keep going.
This isn’t just support. This is what building Strong Foundations looks like in real life:
Getting to know you session. Our first Zoom call is all about getting to know you, your history, your goals, and where you feel stuck.
Check-ins. We do weekly check-ins so you don’t go off track and have to start again. Short updates to celebrate wins, troubleshoot, and stay on track.
Coaching calls. There’s deeper sessions via Zoom (monthly or twice monthly) to work through real-life situations.
Support and accountability. I’m here for guidance between sessions via WhatsApp or email when you need it.
Resources. Access to shopping lists, recipes, habit tools and worksheets you can use for life.
