Health and lifestyle information is considered special category data under UK GDPR and is processed only with your explicit consent.

How your data is stored

Your data is stored securely using cloud-based systems such as Microsoft Forms, Microsoft OneNote, and Microsoft OneDrive.

  • Access is restricted to kjrcoaching only

  • Systems are password-protected and securely managed

  • Reasonable steps are taken to protect your data from loss, misuse or unauthorised access

Third parties

Your data may be processed using trusted third-party services such as:

  • Microsoft (Forms, OneNote and OneDrive)

  • Zoom (for coaching sessions)

  • Email providers

These services are used only to deliver coaching and are GDPR-compliant. Your data is never sold or shared for marketing purposes.

How long your data is kept

Your data may be stored for up to 7 years after coaching ends, in line with professional and legal requirements. After this, it will be securely deleted.

  • Restrict or object to processing

  • Withdraw consent at any time
